PTI activist judicial remand extended

ISLAMABAD:

An anti-terrorism court on Thursday extended the judicial remand of PTI activist Falak Javed by 14 days in a case pertaining to an alleged attack on Islamabad Police personnel at Zaman Park.

ATC Judge Manzer Ali Gill conducted the hearing, during which Falak was produced before the court from jail after expiry of her previous judicial remand.

The investigating officer requested further extension of the accused's judicial remand, informing the court that the supplementary challan against her was being prepared and would be submitted shortly.
