Imran Ashraf, Anoushay Abbasi revisit old memories in nostalgic throwback

Actor Imran Ashraf recently took fans on a nostalgic trip down memory lane by sharing a throwback picture with his former co-star Anoushay Abbasi.

The actor posted the photograph of the duo on Instagram, rekindling memories of their on-screen chemistry and the projects they worked on together.

Reflecting on his early days in the entertainment industry, Ashraf paired the old photograph with an emotional caption. “More than 10 years ago, look into my eyes you can see fire and dreams,” he wrote.

The post soon caught the attention of fans — and Abbasi herself, who joined the nostalgia in the comments section.

“Wowww been so long!! Can never forget these projects and the memories attached to them,” she wrote.

The exchange offered fans a glimpse into the bond the two actors developed while working together and brought their earlier collaborations back into the spotlight.

Ashraf and Abbasi first shared the screen in the 2017 drama Mohabbat Mushkil Hai. Their pairing was well received by viewers, and the two later reunited in Raqs-e-Bismil, further cementing their appeal as an on-screen duo.

Their professional reunion continued beyond the dramas, with Abbasi later appearing on Ashraf’s talk show Mazaq Raat. The two revisited memories from their time working together, giving viewers another chance to see the former co-stars reminisce about their early filming days.

Both actors have since continued to build successful careers in Pakistan’s entertainment industry, appearing in a range of television projects. Yet, as their latest exchange suggests, their earlier collaborations remain particularly fond memories for both the actors and their fans.

Ashraf is currently appearing in Ghulam Bashah Sundri and Kanwari Dulhan, while Abbasi has recently been seen in the drama Bewafa.
