The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) will hear three cases concerning the Pashtunkhwa Milli Awami Party (PkMAP) and a petition challenging the delisting of Awaam Pakistan on September 1, according to the cause list issued by the commission.
The ECP has issued notices to the leadership of both political parties regarding these cases. Three matters concerning PkMAP have been fixed for hearing.
These include objections relating to the party's intra-party elections, amendments to its party constitution and its financial statements.
