Dakota Johnson and musician Role Model have ended their relationship after dating for several months, according to a source cited by People.

The 36-year-old actress and 29-year-old singer, whose real name is Tucker Pillsbury, were first linked in December 2025 after being seen dining together.

They were later spotted on a date in Los Angeles in January 2026.

A source told the publication that the pair ended their relationship “a while ago”.

The former couple had kept their relationship largely private. In April, a source told People that the pair were “very much on the same page” and that “it just feels easy” between them.

The source also previously said Johnson “does really like” Pillsbury, while taking the relationship slowly following her long-term relationship with Coldplay frontman Chris Martin.

Johnson and Martin were in an on-and-off relationship from October 2017 until June 2025.

Johnson and Pillsbury also worked together during their relationship.

Johnson contributed a spoken-word cameo to Pillsbury’s track “Love I You”, from his album Chuck Timely & the Hourglass, after visiting the studio while he was recording the song.

Before dating Johnson, Pillsbury was linked to influencer Emma Chamberlain from 2020 to 2023. Johnson has also previously been linked to Noah Gersh, Jordan Masterson and Matthew Hitt.

Meanwhile, Johnson is set to appear in Verity alongside Anne Hathaway and Josh Hartnett and is also working on Three Incestuous Sisters.
