Hajj installment payment process begins

ISLAMABAD:

Minister for Religious Affairs Sardar Muhammad Yousaf has announced the start of the payment of the first installment of Hajj dues for Hajj 2027, following the commencement of the online application submission process.

Addressing a news conference on Tuesday, the minister said more than 400,000 people had completed their registration from home under the digital system, describing it as a historic step towards the digitalization of Hajj arrangements in Pakistan. He said registered Hajj pilgrims would now be able to complete their applications and pay the first installment of Hajj dues from home through digital means.
