Vin Diesel reunites with Michelle Rodriguez and Jordana Brewster for 'Fast & Furious' 25th anniversary

Vin Diesel reunited with Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster and Meadow Walker in Los Angeles as the cast celebrated the 25th anniversary of The Fast and the Furious.

The stars attended a special anniversary screening on Monday, August 17, where they posed together outside the event alongside cars displayed for the milestone celebration.

Meadow Walker, whose late father Paul Walker played Brian O’Connor in the franchise, also shared photos with Diesel and Brewster.

Inside the theatre, Diesel, Rodriguez and Brewster joined longtime producer Neal H. Moritz to address the audience before the screening.

The original The Fast and the Furious opened in cinemas on June 22, 2001.

The film introduced Diesel as Dominic Toretto, Walker as undercover police officer Brian O’Connor, Brewster as Mia Toretto and Rodriguez as Letty Ortiz.

The anniversary event also brought together several stars from across the franchise, including Tyrese Gibson and Nathalie Emmanuel, alongside original film cast members Noel Gugliemi and Chad Lindberg.

Montana Tucker and producer Brandon Birtell were also photographed at the event.

The reunion comes as fans prepare to see the original film back on the big screen.

The Fast and the Furious returns to participating cinemas from Friday, August 21, as part of its 25th anniversary celebrations.

Showtimes and availability will vary by location, giving audiences another opportunity to revisit the film that launched one of Hollywood’s longest-running action franchises.
