Shafi Jan calls int'l recognition a source of pride

Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Information Minister Shafi Jan has said the province's performance in technology and digital development is being recognised internationally, describing the achievement as a matter of pride for both K-P and Pakistan.

He said the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Information Technology Board (KPITB) had been selected for the ASOCIO Government Award 2026 in recognition of its outstanding performance, innovation and efforts to promote digital governance. The award acknowledges the provincial government's initiatives for digitalising public services and providing modern facilities to citizens.
