A self-described "Disney adult" has come under fire online after videos showing her repeated interactions with Disneyland actors portraying Peter Pan went viral.

Toni, 26, has reportedly been documenting her fascination with Peter Pan and the performers who play the character at Disneyland for more than a decade. Some of her videos date back to 2015, and her recent posts have attracted millions of views.

One recent video, which has reportedly been viewed more than 24 million times, shows Toni approaching a Peter Pan performer while filming. She gives him a homemade gift before continuing to interact with him around the park.

The video also shows Toni and a friend following the actor as he moves through the park. At one point, the performer appears uncomfortable and repeatedly thanks her for the gift. Toni and her friend tell him that they love Peter Pan and say they will return to see him again the following week.

The footage has prompted a strong reaction on social media, with viewers accusing Toni of harassing or stalking the performer and questioning whether Disneyland actors have enough protection when guests make them uncomfortable.

Some commenters have also argued that performers should be allowed to step out of character or seek assistance when an interaction with an adult guest crosses a boundary.

The controversy has also brought renewed attention to the treatment of Disneyland's character performers. Former Disneyland performer Alyssa Klinzing has previously spoken about alleged harassment she experienced while portraying Elsa, claiming that a male guest behaved inappropriately toward her and that repeated incident reports did not result in sufficient action.

Disney has rules governing adult visitors, including restrictions on guests over 14 wearing character costumes in its parks. However, the current controversy has led to wider discussion about how theme parks handle uncomfortable or potentially harassing behaviour directed at performers.

Disney representatives had not publicly commented on the allegations surrounding Toni at the time of publication.
