Robber arrested after 'encounter'

A robber was injured while his accomplices managed to escape in an alleged police encounter in the Rawat police station area.

Official sources said that a police team stopped four men on motorcycles while checking. The suspects refused to stop and opened fire on the police officials. One suspect was injured, while his accomplices managed to escape during the crossfire.
