According to a screenshot of a Google support conversation shared in a now-deleted Reddit post, a customer service representative confirmed that the titles had been removed from the catalog. However, the representative said the purchase was no longer eligible for a refund because it had been made more than 120 days earlier.

The response has sparked renewed discussion about the risks associated with purchasing digital media. Unlike physical copies, digital purchases can depend on licensing agreements and the continued availability of content through a particular platform.
