Murree 'waterfall' turns out to be sewage drain
.

In a green nook in the Queen of Mountains, Murree, a dirty sewage drain carrying wastewater from across the city is being presented as waterfall to fleece tourists.
The man-made waterfall is located between Chatta Mor and Bansera Gali on the Murree-Rawalpindi GT Road. A specific mafia has artificially transformed the dirty sewage drain into a picnic spot, where a large number of tourists arrive every day.
Mistaking the place for a natural waterfall, tourists not only take pictures and make videos but sometimes also enter the dirty water, unaware of its actual nature.
Cameramen and the taxi mafia bring tourists to the spot and make money from them. Tourists and local residents have demanded that the district administration shut down the man-made picnic spot.
