Six terrorists killed in Hangu operation

DI KHAN:

Security forces killed six terrorists and arrested two others injured during an intelligence-based operation (IBO) in Hangu district of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P).

According to sources, during the operation in the Dallan area of Hangu, forces targeted terrorists affiliated with the Hafiz Gul Bahadur group, a splinter group of outlawed TTP. This group was allegedly involved in last week's attack on a bank branch.

The operation launched based on intelligence reports led to an intense exchange of fire between the security forces and the militants. During the operation, Captain Hamza embraced martyrdom.
