Prince William and Kate Middleton share family summer highlights in new Instagram photo collection

Prince William and Catherine, Princess of Wales, have shared a collection of family photographs and official engagements from the past few months, offering a glimpse into their summer with their three children while highlighting their ongoing charitable work.

The images were posted on the Prince and Princess of Wales' official Instagram account on July 28 under the caption, “The Summer Rewind🌞⏪. Thank you to everyone who has made the last few months so special!”

The collection opens with a relaxed family photograph of William and Catherine, both 44, sitting on the grass with Prince George, 13, Princess Charlotte, 11, and Prince Louis, 8.

The post also includes previously released birthday portraits of the three children, alongside images of the couple attending Royal Ascot, where Catherine made her first appearance at the event in three years.

The post highlights several of the Princess of Wales' recent engagements, including her official visit to Italy to promote the Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood.

It marked her first overseas engagement since entering remission from cancer. During the visit, she was photographed preparing tortelli at a rural farm in Parma.

Another video shows Catherine visiting patients at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust, where she met people undergoing cancer treatment and embraced Claire Lorente on the final day of her breast cancer treatment.

The Princess was also pictured after completing the National Three Peaks Challenge to raise funds for a cancer charity and attending this year's Wimbledon Championships.

Prince William's environmental work also featured prominently. Images included his appearance with Sir David Attenborough, during which he said, “It is a rare privilege to celebrate a century of life, but it is rarer still when that person has transformed the way we see the only home that we have — planet Earth.”

The collection also included photographs from London Climate Action Week, featuring William alongside Emma Watson, Benedict Cumberbatch and Robert Irwin at environmental events.
