Tom Holland found himself fielding some unexpectedly personal questions from a classroom of New York City students after they quizzed him about his marriage to Zendaya during a guest appearance for the web series Celebrity Substitute.

In an exclusive preview shared by People, the Spider-Man star visited the class to teach children about stunt work when one pupil bluntly asked whether he was married. Laughing at the unexpected question, Holland joked that the children had "no media training" before carefully sidestepping a direct answer.

The questions did not stop there. Another student confidently declared that Holland was "definitely married", while others asked whether he enjoyed spending time with Zendaya. Smiling, the actor admitted that taking his wife on dates is his "favourite thing to do", offering a rare glimpse into the couple's private relationship.

Holland and Zendaya, who first met while filming Spider-Man: Homecoming in 2016, have largely kept their relationship out of the spotlight. Earlier this year, Holland confirmed they had secretly married, after months of speculation surrounding their wedding.

The classroom visit forms part of Celebrity Substitute, a series in which celebrities spend time teaching and interacting with schoolchildren while supporting classrooms through Amazon's Classroom List initiative. Holland's episode showcases both his stunt expertise and his quick wit as he navigates the youngsters' candid questions.
