Dar, IAEA chief stress dialogue for regional peace

ISLAMABAD:

 Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar held a telephone conversation with International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Director General Rafael Mariano Grossi on Sunday, during which the two discussed the latest regional developments and underscored the importance of diplomacy, dialogue and sustained engagement in promoting regional and global peace and stability.

The two leaders exchanged views on the evolving regional situation. During the conversation, Grossi expressed hope that the parties would continue negotiations and maintain communication following the signing of the MoU, the FO said.
