Two injured in firing at PPP office
.

Two men were injured after unidentified gunmen opened fire at a Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) office in North Karachi on Sunday, police said.
The incident took place near Qadria School in Sector 5-B/2 within the remits of Khawaja Ajmer Nagri police station. Rescue officials shifted the injured to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital via Edhi ambulances.
Edhi volunteers identified the victims as 25-year-old Soheil Ahmed and 40-year-old Aman Nadeem.
PS Khawaja Ajmer Nagri SHO Farukh Hashmi said the assailants, who were riding a motorcycle, fled the scene immediately after the attack. Preliminary investigations suggest the firing was the outcome of a personal dispute rather than a politically motivated attack. He added that eyewitnesses had identified a suspect allegedly involved in the incident, and police had launched raids to arrest the accused and their accomplices.
