Section 144 imposed in Bhit Shah

Section 144 has been imposed in Bhit Shah during the 283rd annual Urs of Hazrat Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai to maintain law and order and ensure the safety of pilgrims.

According to a notification issued by Hyderabad Divisional Commissioner Fayyaz Abbasi, the ban on display of all kinds of weapons will remain in effect from 13th to 16th Safar 1448 AH during the Urs in Bhit Shah.

The notification stated that within the limits of Bhit Shah Town and Taluka Hala, inspectors of the concerned police stations or police officers of higher rank have been authorised to lodge written complaints against violators of Section 144.
