Kai Cenat sued over alleged near heatstroke at Streamer University event

Kai Cenat's company is facing legal action after a man alleged he nearly suffered heatstroke twice while attending the Streamer University event held at a college in Manhattan last month.

According to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Caleb Gottfried, who is also known online as SNRVK, claims conditions at the event were unsafe and resulted in two separate near heatstroke incidents. He alleges New York Police Department officers witnessed both incidents.

In the filing, Gottfried claims the alleged medical emergencies were caused by "negligent crowd control and total failure to provide standard safety and ventilation measures" during the event.

The lawsuit also alleges that Gottfried's image was used in promotional material for Streamer University without his permission.

According to the complaint, Gottfried appeared as "background talent" in a commercial promoting the event but says he was never asked to sign a release or waiver authorising the use of his likeness.

He is seeking more than $330,000 in damages.

The legal action marks another lawsuit connected to Kai Cenat and his business operations.

According to the report, the streamer is also facing a separate lawsuit from another man who alleges he was assaulted by a member of Cenat's security team.

No further details about that separate case were included in the report.

TMZ reported that it contacted representatives for Cenat regarding the latest lawsuit but had not received a response at the time of publication.

Neither Cenat nor his company has publicly addressed the allegations contained in Gottfried's complaint.
