Kundi calls for united stand to secure K-P's rights
.

Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi on Friday said the people of the province and the country's security forces had rendered unparalleled sacrifices in the fight against terrorism, but regretted that a lack of resources was often cited whenever the province's constitutional rights were discussed.
Addressing the First Achievement Awards 2026 ceremony organised by the Haripur Chamber of Commerce and Industry at the Governor House in Peshawar, Kundi said the opposition would stand shoulder to shoulder with the government on every issue concerning the province's interests and would play its full role in promoting Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa's development.
He stressed that the province must raise its voice effectively for its constitutional rights through constitutional and legal means.
The ceremony was attended by Iranian Consul General Ali Banafshehkhah, Haripur Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman Syed Ahmad Jan, Sarhad Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Junaid Altaf, Syed Ahmad Sikandar, Haji Attaur Rehman, and office-bearers of the Haripur Chamber.
