Motorway police avert bus fire

LAHORE:

Motorway police averted a major accident after a bus travelling from Lahore to Faisalabad caught fire. According to a spokesperson, the fire broke out after the bus's rear left tyres jammed while it was en route to Faisalabad.

The incident was reported to the Motorway Police helpline, the responding officials evacuated all passengers and their luggage before extinguishing the blaze. The fire damaged the bus's rear wheels, but no injuries were reported.
