PIA launches Lahore-Manchester flights

PIA on Thursday launched its direct flight service between Lahore and Manchester, marking the restoration of nonstop air connectivity between the two cities and expanding the national carrier's international network.

The inaugural flight, PK-709, departed from Lahore carrying 325 passengers to Manchester.

A ceremony was held at Lahore Airport to mark the occasion, where a cake was cut to celebrate the launch of the new route. Passengers welcomed the restoration of direct air connectivity between Lahore and Manchester, lauding it as an important development for the Pakistani community.
