Sydney Sweeney has reunited with American Eagle for a new advertising campaign, almost a year after the fashion retailer faced widespread debate over its previous collaboration with the actress.

The Euphoria star appears in the brand's latest Fourth of July campaign, which launched on July 1 and highlights American Eagle's newest denim collection. Sweeney models several pieces from the range, including a denim halter vest and matching low rise micro shorts, as she poses on a beach in a series of promotional images and videos.

The campaign presents a relaxed summer aesthetic, with Sweeney wearing minimal accessories, soft natural makeup and loose beach inspired waves. One promotional clip shows the actress dancing along the shoreline while holding sparklers as the words "Syd for Short" appear across the screen.
