Strong outrage and protests erupted in Abbottabad following the alleged killing of a young bike rider, Osama, while police have registered a murder case against unknown suspects and launched an investigation.
As per the First Information Report (FIR) registered at Nawan Shehar Police Station, the incident was reported on June 16.
The complainant, Muhammad Javed, son of Muhammad Shafi, stated that the deceased, Osama, son of Mir Osama, aged 28, was shot and critically injured by unidentified individuals on the night of June 15, 2026. He was later shifted to Ayub Teaching Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries during treatment.
The incident reportedly took place near Dhameera Colony, opposite Punjab Hotel, close to the AbbottabadMansehra Road.
