President approves four amendment bills

ISLAMABAD:

President Asif Ali Zardari on Tuesday approved four amendment bills, according to a statement issued by the President's House Media Wing.

The approved bills include the Carriage by Air (Amendment) Bill, 2026; the Pakistan Airports Authority (Amendment) Bill, 2026; the Fiscal Responsibility and Debt Limitation (Amendment) Bill, 2026; and the Iqbal Academy (Amendment) Bill, 2026.

In a separate decision, the president also approved the appointment of Ayesha Humaira Chaudhry (SG/BS-22) as a Member of the Federal Public Service Commission.
