TikTok star Khaby Lame is set to appear in the upcoming 007 First Light video game, marking a surprise crossover between one of the world’s biggest social media personalities and the James Bond franchise.

The announcement was made on May 25 via the official 007 First Light account on X, confirming that Lame has joined the cast ahead of the game’s release. The post teased his appearance by hinting at a “globetrotting adventure” set in Vietnam.

“You will meet a familiar face in Vietnam,” the account wrote, before revealing that Khaby Lame will be part of James Bond’s journey as he attempts to “#EarnTheNumber.”

A short teaser clip released alongside the announcement shows Bond approaching a man near a sign and asking for directions to the “tranquility cave.” The man, revealed to be Lame, responds in his signature silent style—gesturing toward the correct direction without speaking.

Khaby Lame rose to global fame through his silent reaction videos on TikTok, where he now has over 160 million followers. His content is best known for humorously pointing out overly complicated “life hacks” using simple facial expressions and hand gestures.

007 First Light, developed by IO Interactive, the studio behind Hitman, was unveiled as a new take on the James Bond universe. The game follows a younger Bond early in his career as he works toward earning his 007 status.

The title is currently scheduled for release on May 27, 2026, with pre-orders already available offering bonus upgrades for players.
