Pakistan’s real estate sector has gained international recognition after a private developer secured two awards at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2026–2027, highlighting the country’s growing footprint on the global property landscape, according to a press release.

The awards, part of the internationally acclaimed International Property Awards, are considered a benchmark of excellence in real estate development, architecture, and design.

Faisal Town Group clinched the Best Masterplan Pakistan award for Faisal Hills and the Best Retail Development Pakistan award for HillWalk. The honours were received by the group’s directors, Ch Zohair Majeed and Ch Moazzam Majeed.

Speaking on the occasion, Zohair Majeed said: “This achievement reflects our commitment to delivering world-class projects that go beyond bricks and mortar. We dedicate this recognition to our clients, our partners, and the entire Faisal Town family. Every project we undertake carries the weight of that trust, and these awards remind us of the responsibility that comes with it.”

The latest achievement follows the group’s success at the 2025 International Property Awards, where its high-rise project, Faisal Jewel, was named both Best High-Rise Architecture Pakistan and Best High-Rise Development Pakistan, drawing global attention to Pakistan’s evolving urban landscape.

Industry observers say the twin wins underline the country’s potential to deliver large-scale, innovative real estate projects that meet international benchmarks.

The Asia Pacific Property Awards are held in association with leading global brands and recognise excellence across architecture, development, interior design, and real estate worldwide.
