Offloaded passengers create chaos at airport
Taken into custody for allegedly harassing immigration staff, interfering in official and security operations

Two passengers offloaded during immigration clearance at New Islamabad International Airport created a disturbance and were later taken into custody for allegedly harassing immigration staff and interfering in official and security operations, police said.
According to police, Immigration Inspector Briyra Farooq stated that she, along with other staff, was on duty at the international departure counter when two passengers from Mirpur, identified as Mudassar Iqbal and Haider Ali, arrived at the counter to travel to Bahrain via a Gulf Air flight.
After they failed to produce valid documents, they were both taken into custody and handed over to airport police.
