Dar praises US role in seafarers' repatriation

Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar on Monday appreciated the United States' assistance in the repatriation of Pakistani and Iranian seafarers via Singapore during a meeting with Chargé d'Affaires Natalie Baker.
According to a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Natalie called on Dar in Islamabad, where they discussed the evolving regional situation and the broader Pakistan-US bilateral relationship.
Dar also discussed the evolving regional situation and matters of mutual interest with Saudi counterpart Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud. The Saudi FM reiterated support for Islamabad's efforts aimed at promoting regional peace.
