Three gang-rape suspects arrested

Police arrested three suspects in a gang rape case reported in the Sundar area. The suspects, Ghulam Mohiuddin, Nasir and Ibrahim, were arrested after the case was registered on the complaint of the father of the minor victims.

Initial investigations revealed that the men had lured the girls on the pretext of arranging a rickshaw for them. After committing the crime, they abandoned the victims on a roadside and fled.

The police said raids were conducted in several areas after investigations, leading to the arrest of all three suspects. A police spokesperson said the suspects were being interrogated.

Meanwhile, three members of a family were injured in an attack by men in Shafiqabad. Police said more than 20 people carrying knives, bricks and sticks suddenly attacked a man and his sons.
