IHC orders jail authorities to decide Bushra plea
.

The IHC on Friday directed the superintendent of Adiala Jail to decide a petition seeking family access to former first lady Bushra Bibi and permission for her personal physician to examine her, while summoning the jail official in person on May 12 with a detailed compliance report.
The order came during proceedings on a petition filed by Bushra Bibi's daughter, Mubashra Khawar Maneka, who sought implementation of court directions regarding her mother's treatment, family meetings and access to a personal doctor.
Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir issued a two-page written order after hearing the matter.
