Blake Shelton calls out manager after missing Gwen Stefani’s No Doubt show
Blake Shelton jokes his manager caused him to miss Gwen Stefani’s No Doubt Sphere debut in Las Vegas residency clash

Blake Shelton addressed his absence from Gwen Stefani’s No Doubt Sphere debut in Las Vegas, joking on stage that his manager was to blame for the scheduling conflict.
During his performance at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, where he is currently headlining his own Las Vegas residency, Shelton lightened the moment by joking about the overlap between the two shows. He quipped that only a “d***head” would book both performances on the same nights, adding humorously that he believed his manager was responsible for the clash.
The comment, captured on video and widely shared online, came as Shelton continued his Blake Shelton: Live in Las Vegas residency, which runs throughout May. Meanwhile, Stefani and her band No Doubt launched their highly anticipated Sphere residency, performing 18 shows scheduled through mid-June.

Despite the lighthearted joke, sources indicate Shelton intends to support Stefani and No Doubt once his performance schedule allows. The couple, who have often publicly supported each other’s careers, are balancing two major Vegas residencies running simultaneously.
No Doubt’s opening night featured a 21-song setlist spanning multiple albums, including tracks from their breakout 1995 record Tragic Kingdom. The show marked a major return for the band, though their 2012 release Push and Shove was notably absent from the set.
Stefani’s children — Kingston, Zuma, and Apollo — were reportedly not in attendance due to school commitments but are expected to attend future shows.
Both residencies are drawing significant attention in Las Vegas, highlighting a busy period for one of music’s most high-profile couples.
