LAHORE:

City Traffic Police Lahore has extended working hours at all licensing offices across the provincial capital, with centres now operating from 8am to 12 midnight to improve public facilitation and reduce congestion.

Officials said Lahore currently has 12 licensing testing centres and 33 licence facilitation centres providing driving licence and related services to citizens across the city.

The announcement was made by newly appointed Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Lahore Syed Abdul Rahim Sherazi while chairing a high-level meeting to review the performance of licensing centres.

The meeting was attended by the DSP Licensing, in-charges of all licensing centres and relevant staff.

MUHAMMAD SHAHID | 2 weeks ago | Reply I passed car driving test on 11-02-2026 for endorsement on my LTV licence No.283224 LHR. But the licence is still pending for printing despite 3520109240817 Months lapse. It is very distressing. Original licence is also forfeited by the ARFA Karim driving Centre. I fail to understand why they keep original licence when there is such a long delay in providing new driving licence.
