Eight sexual assault cases reported

Police have registered multiple cases of sexual assault involving five women and three minors in separate incidents across Faisalabad and launched raids to arrest the suspects, officials said on Saturday.

According to police reports, in Bilal Park Jaranwala, a woman was allegedly lured and assaulted by suspect Ibrahim alias Mithu, who also reportedly made objectionable videos of her.

In Chak 119-GB, a girl was allegedly lured and assaulted by suspect Nawaz and others.

In 114-GB, a 14-year-old girl was allegedly assaulted by Junaid alias Ranjha after being lured.

In Ilyas Garden on Ring Road within Airport police limits, a woman was allegedly lured and assaulted by suspect Allah Rakha, who also made objectionable videos and allegedly pressured her to seek divorce, threatening to release the footage if she refused.

Airport police registered a case under relevant legal provisions and launched a search for the suspect.

In 592-GB within Karkhana police limits, a woman was allegedly assaulted at gunpoint by suspect Waqar alias Kashi after he entered her home when she was alone.

In 100-JB within Nishatabad police limits, a teenage boy was allegedly lured and assaulted by suspect Nauman.
