He has pleaded not guilty to multiple charges, and his legal team has denied the allegations. The situation prompted strong reactions across the Fortnite community, with many players calling for the complete removal of his in-game content.

D4vd’s collaboration includes multiple in-game items such as Jam Tracks like “Locked and Loaded” and “What Are You Waiting For,” along with themed emotes and a dedicated cosmetic bundle released in April 2025. Despite the backlash, these items remain in player inventories, and Epic has not clarified whether they will be disabled or excluded from future rotations.

In its statement, Epic Games indicated that “a bunch of changes” are being rolled out over time, suggesting further updates may follow. However, the current focus remains on providing refunds rather than immediate removal.
