US officials meet convict Zahir Jaffer

A two-member delegation of the United States Embassy visited Adiala Jail in Rawalpindi and was granted consular access to convicted prisoner Zahir Jaffer, sentenced in the Noor Mukadam murder case.

According to jail sources, the embassy officials met the inmate in the office of the Deputy Superintendent Executive, where discussions were held regarding his legal assistance, health condition, and prison facilities.
