Selma Blair has shared a positive update on her health, revealing that she is currently “relapse-free” following her multiple sclerosis diagnosis.
The actor, who was diagnosed with MS in 2018, spoke about her condition during an appearance on NBC’s Today, where she said that although she often feels “tired a lot,” she is doing “really well” overall.
Blair emphasised her current condition, stating, “I am relapse-free.” She added that despite the challenges of living with a chronic illness, she is focusing on maintaining her well-being and energy levels.
The Cruel Intentions and Legally Blonde star was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, a disease that affects the brain and spinal cord, after experiencing symptoms for years. MS can cause issues such as numbness, dizziness, and difficulty with coordination, according to medical experts.
Blair has been open about her journey with the condition since going public with her diagnosis in 2018, often speaking about both the struggles and improvements she has experienced over time.
In the same interview, she noted that while she still deals with fatigue, she feels optimistic about her current state of health and is looking ahead to returning to work.
Her latest update marks another encouraging moment in her ongoing management of the condition, as she continues to balance recovery, advocacy, and her career.
