Deshae Frost speaks out after viral video shows alleged physical altercation with woman

Twitch streamer and YouTuber Deshae Frost has addressed a viral video appearing to show him in a physical altercation with a woman, offering his account of the incident.
The clip, which surfaced on April 11 across X and Instagram, shows a brief exchange between Frost and a woman, prompting widespread discussion online. The user who shared the video wrote, “The Reason I quit Directing 10 Episode Series on YouTube. No Man should ever hit a Woman, i pray that the lord my God Jesus Christ forgives me.”
In response, Frost published a 15-minute video titled "Addressing The Video". on YouTube on April 12, in which he claimed the footage dated back to 2022 or 2023. He stated that the situation escalated after repeated physical and verbal interactions during filming.
He said, “This was from 2022 or 2023; three-four years ago, and she was one of the girls, she came on this show. I brought her on the show, and everything. And during the whole show, like, she was the only person who was literally, like, I don't know, like, physical, and she was hitting me.”
Frost added that the exchange intensified over time and acknowledged he had been drinking. He stated, “It just got to a point where I kind of didn't want to deal with that s**t, and you know, I was drunk.”
Addressing the specific moment shown in the clip, he denied striking the woman, saying, “I was never trying to hurt her. I never, like, slapped her or slapped her. But from that angle, it looks really bad, but I mushed her a*. I mushed her a* because I was not going to be hit.”
He also claimed the video had been edited to present a misleading version of events. “It's cut. It's cut up to show that, oh, I was just, yo, just hit the f**k out of her,” he said.
The video continues to circulate online, with reactions divided as viewers assess the claims and footage.
