Iranian FM thanks Pakistan for 'kind hospitality'

ISLAMABAD:

Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baqaei, Sunday, thanked the government and people of Pakistan and its leadership, including Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir and Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar.

"We thank them for their kind hospitality and are confident that contacts between Iran, Pakistan, and our other friends in the region will continue," he was quoted as saying by Tasnim News Agency and other Iranian news outlets at the conclusion of Islamabad Talks.

The talks between the United States and Iran ended on Sunday without reaching any agreement.
