Shifting of passport office urged

ABBOTTABAD:

Citizens in Abbottabad have demanded that the passport office be shifted to the city for public convenience so that people do not have to face difficulties in accessing it.

They said the facility should be easily accessible, particularly for women and the elderly. They expressed these views during an Eid Milan party organised by Awami Ittehad Abbottabad, where various civic issues were discussed. In addition to members of Awami Ittehad, citizens, lawyers, journalists and local government representatives attended the event.
