PML-N Chief Nawaz Sharif blamed President Asif Ali Zardari for being involved in his disqualification and in the suspension of the Shahbaz Sharif government in Punjab.

In an interview, Nawaz Sharif said that President Zardari’s intention was good in the beginning but later on developed malafide intentions towards the PML-N. He said that the president did not want the judges to be restored.

Talking about political enmity, Nawaz Sharif said that he had political differences with Benazir Bhutto but not any personal enmity.
He said that the army was in a state of war and if it had any reservations regarding the Kerry Lugar Bill, it should have discussed it with the government. He also said that his biggest mistake was to appoint Musharraf as the chief of army staff.

Yar Muhammad | 13 years ago | Reply You are yourself a product of military dictator. You remained loyal to him in his life time and also thereafter. You used to preside over death anniversary of Zia and sing praise in front of big gatherings at Faisal Masjid. As chief minister Punjab you never received the prime minister at airport. You issued warrants of arrest against a fedral minister on a fake case. You refused to provide protocal, transport and security to the prime minister. Governor had to arrange and used rangers for security. How have you become a billionnair from a saria maker. Tata. godrej and others are making top of the line products to become rich and not from saria. Where has gone the rail track from Mandra to Chakwal. Why did you not allow a ship load of iron scrap to be custom cleared at Karachi. Instead you prefered it to go away. It was because the ship was carrying used machinery which Ittifaq was to sell as new made by it. You made Heavy Mechanical Complex bankrupt by transferring all big orders to Ittifaq from where you supplied used machinery painted and marked as new. Yaroo
