Indian alleges wife's forced conversion

The Lahore High Court (LHC) allowed an application filed by an Indian citizen seeking permission to submit additional documents in a petition challenging his wife Sarbjit Kaur's marriage in Pakistan.

Justice Farooq Haider heard the miscellaneous application filed by Indian national Karnail Singh. The petitioner was represented by advocates Ali Changezi Sandhu and Nawaz Hussain, while former MPA Mahinder Pal Singh was appointed as his representative to pursue the case.

During the hearing, the petitioner requested the court to accept additional documents.
