The clip, now widely circulating on social media, allegedly shows Lil Tjay claiming that Offset once told him to “take it back in blood” when he asked to be repaid money he had loaned him. Offset was shot outside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, and is currently in stable condition. Two individuals have been detained, but their identities and roles have not been disclosed.
