Attock emerges as hub of police encounters

A series of police encounters in Attock has positioned the district as a focal point for such operations in Punjab, with Attock police taking the lead in encounter cases.

In a recent incident, a heavy exchange of fire took place between the CCD Attock police and dangerous suspects.

During the alleged encounter, two suspects involved in motorcycle theft, drug trafficking, and other serious crimes were injured by firing from their own accomplices.

The suspects are reportedly involved in dozens of cases of motorcycle theft and drug trafficking in Attock City and Hazro areas. Senior police officials praised the CCD team for their performance.
