A contempt of court petition against the Chairman of the CDA for alleged tree cutting, despite a court-imposed ban, has been fixed for hearing on April 6.
Justice Inam Amin Minhas of the IHC will hear the case, as the Registrar's Office has issued the cause list.
The petition filed in the court seeks contempt proceedings over the alleged violation of a restraining order against tree cutting. The court had directed authorities to halt tree cutting in Islamabad.
