Officials said the passenger failed to justify the purpose of his visit and did not possess hotel booking or sufficient financial resources to support his stay abroad.

According to an FIA spokesperson, the incident took place in 2025, when a woman passenger, Kiran Sohail, was travelling to Mozambique along with her family.

During immigration clearance, officials stopped the passenger after detecting discrepancies in her travel documents. Further scrutiny revealed that a minor accompanying her was not biologically related to the woman.
