Three relatives held in teenager assault case

Police have arrested three suspects, including the victim's maternal aunt and her husband, in a case involving the kidnapping, alleged sexual assault, and forced prostitution of a 17-year-old girl.

Raids are underway to arrest a fourth suspect.

According to police, the victim's mother lodged a complaint stating that her sister, who resides in Pirwadhai, lured her 17-year-old daughter through a phone call and, along with her husband, abducted her and took her to Murree.

There, the girl's uncle allegedly subjected her to sexual assault and, along with her aunt, recorded inappropriate videos while threatening her with serious consequences. The suspects later brought her back to Pirwadhai and handed her over to a woman and her husband at a hotel.

The suspects allegedly forced the girl into prostitution for two months by threatening to release the videos. The aunt and uncle reportedly visited regularly and collected Rs2,000 daily. The victim's Rs50,000 was also allegedly taken by them.

CPO Rawalpindi Khalid Hamdani took notice of the incident and directed SP Rawal Saad Arshad to arrest the suspects. Police have arrested three suspect, while raids are ongoing to apprehend fourht suspect.
