Anti-polio drive from April 13

SARGODHA:

Deputy Commissioner Hussain Ahmed Raza Chaudhry on Sunday announced that a four-day anti-polio campaign would be launched across the district from April 13, aiming to vaccinate over 696,000 children under five years of age.

Presiding over a meeting to review arrangements for the campaign, the deputy commissioner was informed that a target of 696,942 children has been set for the immunisation campaign across 167 union councils.

The meeting was attended by officials from the health department, World Health Organisation (WHO), Rotary Club, and other relevant departments.
