Training of five doctors terminated

The Punjab Department of Specialised Healthcare and Medical Education has terminated the postgraduate training of five postgraduate residents (PGRs) with immediate effect over negligence and violation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) in Lady Willingdon Hospital.

According to a statement issued by the department, the training of Dr Tayyaba Fatima, Maham Amin Zainab Tahir, Ayesha Afzal and Amna Rashid of obstetrics and gynaecology has been terminated.
