Defamation: SC to take up ex-PM's review plea

ISLAMABAD:
The Supreme Court will take up on March 31 a review petition filed by PTI founder Imran Khan concerning his right of defense in a defamation case instituted by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
A fresh three-member bench has been constituted to hear the case, headed by Justice Hashim Khan Kakar and comprising Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb and Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim.
According to the Registrar's Office, Justice Aurangzeb has been included in the bench in place of Justice Ayesha Malik.
