Two ISIS-Khorasan suspects arrested

Security forces and local police have arrested two foreign nationals suspected of having links with the militant group ISIS-Khorasan during a significant operation in the tribal district of Orakzai.

According to police on Tuesday, the suspects were taken into custody from Ghaljo Bazaar area after authorities observed suspicious movement. Initial reports suggest that both had entered Ghaljo on foot from the Alisherzai area of Central Kurram.

The arrested individuals have been identified as Ghor, son of Kazim, and Muhammad Younis, son of Muhammad. Both are reportedly citizens of Azerbaijan.
